I took some engagement pictures for one of my best friends a few weeks ago...I haven't posted them because I wanted to get her ok first. This has been my new obsession...since Christmas I have taken tons of photos and have been having so much fun playing with my photo editing software, learning all kinds of fun new techy stuff and just being an all around computer nerd playing with "actions and filters and layers" etc. Take a look at the slideshow...you'll see some of the photos have two or three versions of the same photo with different filters on them...it's truly amazing stuff!
Back to the engagement session...we had a lot of fun, and we all learned a lot. I thought it would be ok to try for a 10am shoot...NOPE! The lighting was a nightmare...but we salvaged a few of the outdoor shots. The indoor shots were our favorites and I have to add Michael was a real champ...he let me pose them all over the place and never even gritted his teeth! Anyway, I am having fun and hope I continue to improve...I really don't think I am happier than when I have that camera in my hand!
