A little late...

OK, I am a little late with this update because of the craziness that has been our life over the past week...

First, let me say thank you to everyone who has been praying for mom. I am back in Macon now and she is doing better with each passing day. She is still a little down, but I know that will get better once she gets home and off all the meds. Please continue to pray for her. I believe she will be put on solid foods some time tomorrow, and we have to make sure everything is working ok before they will send her home.

Second, let me thank everyone who has been praying for me through this. I was at the hospital for 10-12 hrs every day from Weds - Saturday and didn't catch a thing! I slept for 11 hrs Saturday night and still feel like I could keep sleeping. Hopefully, I'll get some more rest this week.

Lastly, we went to Tyler's 10 year reunion two weekends ago, and I haven't gotten to say how much fun we had! It really was very nice to get to see everyone, and I also got to attend a baby shower for Sarah Dye as well. Let me just say, it was an educational experience and I cannot thank Emily enough for sitting next to me and helping explain what was what. I need all the help I can get! Lastly, and very importantly, to anyone who has not yet heard...we THINK we are having a boy! We had an ultrasound that same weekend, and the tech felt pretty good that we are going to have a little boy. We are just waiting for the OB to confirm so we can feel confident in this, since deciphering those baby pictures pretty much takes an expert. However, this combined with my two successive dreams that I was having a boy definitely makes me feel pretty certain. So I will let you all know as of the 20th what our doctor has to say...until then, I think everyone can be expecting a little Tyer to be running around in a few more months :-).
