I'm afraid I spoil my children...

OK, so I realize I don't actually have a child YET...but up until this point, Roma and Lady have been like our honest to goodness children! You guys know how much my cat has always meant to me. I got him right after college, and he has been with me through a LOT! Ty and I got Lady together and she is our little angel, and much like a younger sibling to Roma.

Well, we usually try not to let the "kids" sleep on our master bed. This rule has gotten a little relaxed as of late though...and Lady and Roma both have taken to afternoon naps with Dad and Mom on the weekends.

We have been trying to really watch our expenses, and I have been trying not to use the heat. We mainly use the fireplace and only start up the heat on really cold evenings. Last weekend was no exception, Ty and I are all bundled up in sweats, watching tv and enjoying a fire when we decide we should go grab a bite to eat. Tyler goes back in the bedroom to get dressed and yells for me to come quick...this is how we found Roma...


I mean seriously...he has a fur coat! How could he have possibly been cold enough to have to get under the blankets to nap? Yes, it's true...I think my children are spoiled...hopefully I will do better with my human kids :-)
