Last year (and any year before that)...I would have reminded my husband nearly a million times by now that it is in fact my birthday month...I would have taken advantage of this as often as possible by requesting to see certain girlie movies or making as many fun "birthday" plans as possible. Yes, I am still a 5-year-old at heart!
This year, I am pregnant...and I honestly have almost forgotten myself that my birthday is approaching. I'll be 29 (1 more year till the big 3-0)!!! I will be home that weekend for my last showers, which I am very excited about. And I will be driving back to my sweet hubby on the day of. We'll do something I'm sure so my birthday hasn't completely disappeared....but I am having visions of having a nearly 1-year-old toddler running around next year and completely forgetting that "the big 3-0" even happens!
On a side note, I got to take some very fun pictures of some of my best friends over the weekend (engagement and some baby shots)...as soon as I get them uploaded, I will be sure to share!
